If you need
a person.
Honne is somewhere to think. It is not an emergency service, and it is not a person. If you are in danger, thinking about harming yourself, or frightened of someone close to you, the lines below are free, staffed by people, and open at any hour.
You do not have to be in crisis to call one. Not being sure is reason enough.

If you are not sure it counts
A relationship can be quietly wearing you down without anything happening that has a name. Talking to someone trained is a reasonable thing to do at that stage, not a last resort. A doctor, a therapist, or one of the lines above is a fine place to start.
